What email address is used to send email to a SPOT X?

The email address is [email protected].

Example, the SPOT X number is 12542345678, the email address to text to a SPOT X is [email protected].

The character limit for SMS Texting and Email messages is 140 characters. This includes empty spaces and in the case of emails, any previous messages quoted in a reply.

Common Issues
Message is not being received.

If you have a short message but it still does not go through, it could be that you are returning to a new line of text and the empty spaces are counted towards your character limit.
Failed inbound emails may be due to the sender allowing the quote of your original message to be included. Please check that any email sent to the SPOT X is free of all text other than the intended message.
Prior to sending or replying it is recommend to remove any signatures or any other additional characters/text within the Subject/Body of the email.
