Can my SPOTX device be experiencing 5g interference?
Due to the recent rollout of T-Mobile/Sprint 5G service availability in several U.S. cities, you may experience interference and an interruption of service for incoming messages sent to your SPOT X. This is only affecting specific areas where the T-Mobile/Sprint 5G cellular network is available and within a specified range of your SPOT X. Although this interference can affect your ability to receive messages on your SPOT X, it will not prevent your SPOT X from sending messages nor will it interfere with outgoing SOS messages.
