Why is my credit card payment failing?
Credit card failures can be a caused by different reasons:
Failed/Declined Reason | Solution |
Failed/declined by the credit card issuer | Call your credit card issuer for more information |
Failed/declined due to incorrect information provided | Confirm all information entered is correct, including address, postal code, name, credit card number, exp date and security code. |
Failed/declined due to credit card issuer restrictions on the card holder | Call your credit card issuer for more information |
Failed/declined due to geographical location | Some credit card issuers will not allow transactions in countries other than the account holder's billing address associated with the credit card account |
