How do I change my tracking interval?
SPOT Gen4's enhanced tracking services, Basic and Extreme Tracking, allow you to choose the rate of tracking that suits your adventures:
2.5 minutes (with Extreme Tracking only)
5 minutes
10 minutes
30 minutes
60 minutes
To adjust the interval at which your SPOT Gen4 sends tracks, sign in to your SPOT account at FindMeSPOT.com. Go to the "My Devices Tab" and click on "view/edit" in the features column next to the device you would like to change. This will take you to the "Device Configuration Page." Expand the tracking section and choose the rate of tracking that you prefer.
Your device will require an update/sync for the change to take effect.
