What is roaming?

Roaming occurs while placing or receiving calls outside of your Home Zone. To review your home zones please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Located under the Products category
  2. Select Coverage Maps
  3. Select the device to view the applicable coverage area
  4. Your Globalstar Home zone is the green outlined areas that includes most of North America, parts of Latin and South America, and parts of Europe and Africa
