My Sat-Fi2 cannot receive incoming calls.
- Confirm your device is not in hibernation mode.
- Make certain your device has a clear view of the sky.
- Make sure you have the gateway and signal strength icons on the app.
- If no bars are appearing, try one of the following:
- Reset your device.
- Move to a different location.
