Why is my Sat-Fi2 device not acquiring service?
- Make sure you created your MySatFi.Globalstar.com and you're logged in as the owner.
- Make certain your device has a clear view of the sky.
- Check number of signal strength bars that are displayed in the status of the app. If no bars are appearing and you do not see the gateway icon, try one of the following:
- Reset your device.
- Move to a different location.
