My Sat-Fi2 is not sending SMS messages correctly.
- Make sure you created your MySatFi.Globalstar.com owner account.
- Make certain your device has a clear view of the sky.
- Check number of signal strength bars that are displayed in the status of the app. If no bars are appearing and you do not see the gateway icon, try one of the following:
- Reset your device.
- Move to a different location.
- If bars and gateway icons appear, attempt to place a call, send email, check weather.
-If no signal OR all other functions work but still no SMS messages, call support for assistance.
