How do I cancel my contract?

To cancel a service contract from My Account:
  • Login to your SPOT My Account
    • From the Settings & Billing tab, scroll to the SERVICE CANCELLATION section of the page
    • Click on CANCEL
    • Follow the prompts
    • For multiple contract requests, you must call SPOT Customer Relations or email [email protected]
