James Seese
Vice President of Administration
As Vice President of Administration, Jim Seese oversees the administrative operations of Globalstar. His areas of responsibility include Human Resources, Facilities Management, Payroll, Travel, Risk Management and additional corporate strategic initiatives. Jim joined Globalstar in November 2010 as Director of Human Resources and Facilities Management to assist with the transition of the corporate headquarters to Covington, LA. Prior to joining Globalstar, Jim spent 15 years with Wink Engineering in Louisiana where he was Chief Administrative Officer and responsible for Human Resources, Facilities Management, Real Estate Planning, Training and Development, Support Services and Executive Management. Jim has held other Human Resources and administrative positions during his career.
Jim is a graduate of Loyola University, New Orleans, LA and holds several designations including SHRM-CP, PHR, CPC, TSC and CSP. Jim served as President of the local SHRM chapter, NOLA SHRM (formerly HRMA New Orleans), President of the Louisiana Staffing Association and currently serves on the Louisiana SHRM State Conference planning committee and Louisiana SHRM State Council.
