James (Jay) Monroe III
Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Jay Monroe is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Globalstar, Inc.. He has held the Chairman position since Thermo Capital Partners purchased the assets of Globalstar in April 2004. He was the Company's CEO from January 2005 through July 2009 and resumed the position in July 2011.

Mr. Monroe has been the majority owner of the Thermo Companies since their founding in 1984. Mr. Monroe has overseen operations in a wide variety of businesses at all phases of growth from startup through maturity. Under his direction the Thermo Companies founded or acquired companies in diverse industries including power generation, natural gas exploration and production, industrial equipment distribution, real estate, telecommunications, financial services and leasing services. Mr. Monroe is on the Board of Directors of Thermo Capital Partners and several of its portfolio companies. Mr. Monroe is a graduate of Tulane University.
William A. Hasler
Director
Mr. Hasler served from 1984 to July 1991 as Vice Chairman of KPMG Peat Marwick, an international public accounting firm. From July 1991 to July 1998, he was Dean of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. After leaving Berkeley, Mr. Hasler served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aphton Corp, a biotechnology firm. He held this position until July 2004. Mr. Hasler serves as director of Ataraxis Biosciences and Rubicon Ltd., and has previously served as director of Aviat Networks, DiTech Networks Corp., Mission West Properties, the Schwab Funds, Solectron Corp. and Tousa Inc.
John M. R. Kneuer
Director
John Kneuer is the founder and President of JKC Consulting LLC. He is widely recognized as a leading expert on telecommunications, Internet, and spectrum policy.

During the George Bush administration, Mr. Kneuer was the principal advisor to the President of the United States on telecommunications policy. He was also the Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration ("NTIA") and was responsible for the Agency's accounting and expenditures, annually presenting the Agency's accounting before the House and Senate Appropriations Committees and the Office of Management and Budget.

Prior to his service at NTIA, Mr. Kneuer practiced law at the firm of DLA Piper in Washington, D.C. Mr. Kneuer began his career as an Attorney in the Commercial Wireless Division of the Federal Communications Commission's Wireless Bureau. Mr. Kneuer is a lecturer at the National Defense University.
James F. Lynch
Director
James F. Lynch has served as a director since December 2003. He has been Managing Director of Thermo Capital Partners, L.L.C. since October 2001. Mr. Lynch serves as Executive Chairman of Fiberlight, LLC, a facilities-based provider of metropolitan fiber-optic network infrastructure and high-bandwidth connectivity solutions and served as CEO from 2015 through 2017. Mr. Lynch has also served as Chairman of Xspedius Communications LLC, a competitive local telephone exchange carrier which was a Thermo affiliate, from January 2005 to October 2006 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Xspedius from August 2005 to March 2006. Prior to joining Thermo Capital Partners, Mr. Lynch was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co., an investment banking and brokerage firm.
J. Patrick McIntyre
Director
Mr. McIntyre is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ET Water, an IoT company in the commercial irrigation market, a role he began in May 2009. Earlier that year he also became Chairman of Big Fish America, LLC, a private investment company that owns Northland Fishing Tackle. Mr. McIntyre has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lauridsen Group Incorporated, a privately owned holding company that owns and operates numerous businesses involved in the global development, manufacturing and selling of functional proteins to the animal health and nutrition, human health and nutrition, food, diagnostic, life science research, biopharmaceutical, and veterinary vaccine industries, since February 2007. From June 2003 until December 2006, he was Chief Executive Officer of Pure Fishing, a global producer of sport fishing equipment, and Worldwide Managing Director of Pure Fishing from February 1996 until his promotion to Chief Executive Officer.
Richard S. Roberts
Director
Richard S. Roberts has served as a director since December 2003 and has been Vice President and General Counsel of Thermo Development Inc. since June 2002. Prior to that he was a partner of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, a law firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio, for over 20 years. He has also served as Corporate Secretary of the Company since the reorganization in April 2004.
Kenneth Young
Director
Mr. Young is currently Chief Executive Officer of B. Riley Principal Investments. From 2008 to 2016 Mr. Young served as President and CEO of Lightbridge Communications Corporation (“LCC”), the largest independent wireless engineering services and network management company in the world and a recognized leader in providing wireless voice and data turn-key services to the telecommunications industry. Mr. Young has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has proven executive, operational, strategic and financial expertise, including leading LCC, with over 8,000 employees, spanning 51 countries and four continents. His experience is at the forefront of the transformation of modern telco and cable systems into data centric, small cell, macro cell and similar infrastructure. Kenny's relationships are at the highest level within North American and international cable and wireless companies and he has also led the development of an international consumer wireless application company, developed international consumer and B2B brand strategies, created a Fortune 500 enterprise sales operation, as well as leading a unique program designed to create and market consumer and B2B products using SBC, BellSouth and Cingular Wireless assets and resources.
