Jay Monroe is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Globalstar, Inc., one of the world's leading Mobile Satellite Services firms. He has held the Chairman position since the purchase of the assets of Globalstar by Thermo Capital Partners in April 2004, and was previously elected as the Company's CEO in January 2005, a position he held until July, 2009. He resumed the position of CEO following the retirement of Peter Dalton in July 2011.
Until a replacement for Mr. Dalton is found, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Monroe will manage the long-term strategic growth of Globalstar, Inc. and its subsidiary company SPOT LLC., and will oversee the companies’ daily operations. He will be responsible for extending the quality and broadening the reach of the company’s portfolio of satellite voice and data solutions.
Mr. Monroe has been the majority owner of the Thermo Companies since their founding in 1984. Mr. Monroe has overseen operations in a wide variety of businesses at all phases of growth from startup through maturity. Under his direction the Thermo Companies founded or acquired companies in diverse industries including power generation, natural resource development, industrial equipment distribution, real estate, telecommunications and leasing services. Mr. Monroe is on the Board of Directors of Thermo Capital Partners and several of its portfolio companies. Mr. Monroe is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans.

Mr. Hasler, age 67, served from 1984 to July 1991 as Vice Chairman of KPMG Peat Marwick, an international public accounting firm, from July 1991 to July 1998 as Dean of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, from July 1998 to July 2004 as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aphton Corp., a biotechnology firm, and from 2003 to 2007 as non-Executive Chairman of Solectron Corp. Mr. Hasler serves a director of DiTech Networks Corp., Harris Stratex Networks, Mission West Properties and the Schwab Funds.
John M. R. Kneuer

John Kneuer is the founder and President of JKC Consulting LLC. In addition to his role at JKC, Mr. Kneuer is a Senior Partner at Fairfax Media Partners. He is widely recognized as a leading expert on telecommunications, Internet, and spectrum policy.
From October 2003-November 2007, Mr. Kneuer served first as the Deputy Assistant Secretary, and then as the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information. As Assistant Secretary, Mr. Kneuer was the principal advisor to the President of the United States on telecommunications policy. He was also the Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration ("NTIA") and was responsible for the Agency's accounting and expenditures, annually presenting the Agency's accounting before the House and Senate Appropriations Committees and the Office of Management and Budget.
Prior to his service at NTIA, Mr. Kneuer practiced law at the firm of DLA Piper in Washington, D.C. Mr. Kneuer began his career as an Attorney in the Commercial Wireless Division of the Federal Communications Commission's Wireless Bureau. Mr. Kneuer is an adjunct professor at the National Defense University.
James F. Lynch

James F. Lynch has served as a director since December 2003. He has been Managing Director of Thermo Capital Partners, L.L.C. since October 2001. Mr. Lynch has also served as Chairman of Xspedius Communications LLC, a competitive local telephone exchange carrier which is a Thermo affiliate, from January 2005 to October 2006 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Xspedius from August 2005 to March 2006. Prior to joining Thermo Capital Partners, Mr. Lynch was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co., an investment banking and brokerage firm.

Mr. McIntyre has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lauridsen Group Incorporated, a privately owned holding company that owns and operates numerous businesses involved in the global development, manufacturing and selling of functional proteins to the animal health and nutrition, human health and nutrition, food, diagnostic, life science research, biopharmaceutical, and veterinary vaccine industries, since February 2007. From June 2003 until December 2006, he was Chief Executive Officer of Pure Fishing, a global producer of sport fishing equipment, and Worldwide Managing Director of Pure Fishing from February 1996 until his promotion to Chief Executive Officer.

Richard S. Roberts has served as a director since December 2003 and has been Vice President and General Counsel of Thermo Development Inc. since June 2002. Prior to that he was a partner of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, a law firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio, for over 20 years. He has also served as Secretary of the company since the Reorganization in April 2004.
