How to Enroll
Enrollment is the first step in activating your online billing account. You will need to provide:

  • your account number and
  • the first 5 digits of your billing address zip code

For your security, this information will be submitted through a secure web browser connection. Our Privacy Policy is available for you to read online.


Once we verify your account information you will need to provide a valid email address and create a password. This is the last step in the enrollment process. Once enrolled, your email address and the password you created will be the only information needed to access your account.
