An automatic charge is placed on your credit card each month, please contact our Customer Care team by completing our online form or at 1-877-452-5782 to request pre-authorized payment. A one-time credit card payments are available by contacting our customer care team at 1-877-452-5782. Mon-Fri from 8:00am to Midnight EST.
