How fast will my connection be with Express Data?
The degree to which Express Data can accelerate each of the above applications is dependent upon the processor speed of your PC, the speed of the selected connection, the amount of congestion the connection is experiencing and the types of data you are requesting.

Is Express Data difficult to install?
Not at all... Express Data software can be installed from the Globalstar Data Kit CD or online. An easy-to-follow installation wizard will take you through the entire set-up process. If you have any problems, you can contact Globalstar Customer Care for further assistance. To purchase a Globalstar Data Kit, find your local Globalstar Authorized Dealer.

How do I subscribe to Express Data?
Once you have Express Data installed on your PC, a registration wizard will appear and guide you through the simple process.

How do I keep my copy of Express Data current?
With Express Data, your software is always current. That's because it is self-updating. Each day when you first start Express Data, it will check to see if any updates and new features are available. If there are, you will be asked if you want to upgrade your product at this time. If you say yes, the updates and new features will be applied. If you decline, you can always go to the "Automatic Updates" screen in the product at a later time and ask for them to be applied.

If I already have a data compression service, what do I do?
If you already have data compression installed on your laptop, you must delete all existing files related to that software before downloading the Express Data software. You can call Globalstar Customer care at 1.877.452.5782 if you require assistance with this process.

If I have any questions or problems, what do I do?
You can call and talk live to one of Globalstar's knowledgeable Customer Care representatives by dialing 1.877.452.5782.

How do I deactivate Express Data?
Call Globalstar Customer Care (1.877.452.5782) to deactivate the service and ensure you are no longer billed for Express Data service. Please have your Express Data serial number and/or your Globalstar account number or satellite phone number on hand so Globalstar Customer Care can provide the quickest service.
