AUDIO OUTPUT
The GSP-1700 features an industry standard audio output. Suitable for use with most headsets and other accessories, users can choose their preferred headsets to help them get more done from remote areas beyond cellular and landline service.
VOLUME KEYS
- Adjust ringer volume when not on a call.
- Scroll through the menu items if a scroll arrow displays.
- Scroll through call history and phone book.
- Move the cursor when editing alphabetic characters or digits.
EARPIECE
The GSP-1700 provides superior voice clarity; enjoy more natural voice conversations with minimal delay.
LIGHT
The green light flashes indicating that the phone has powered on, it also acts as a notifier when receiving incoming calls, or when receiving text or voice mail messages.
DISPLAY COLORS
With an Improved full colour display, choose from a variety of settings to optimize visibility, in the user's environment. Set display preferences for daytime viewing in bright natural light conditions.
DISPLAY INDICATORS
An indicator lets users know the status of the battery life alerting you to the need to recharge for optimal phone performance. Also signal strength indicator and home zone and roaming icons to let you know what service you are using.
SMART KEYS
Select the SMART KEY option on the screen by pressing the SMART KEY button below it. These two larger buttons conveniently allow the user to navigate the main menu as well as to access the phone book.
KEYPAD
Send Key - The green send button is used to both make and answer a call. This multi-functioning button is also used to answer call waiting.
End/Power Key - Press to end a call, return to the main menu, or turn the phone on or off.
Scroll Keys - Quickly scroll through menu items if a scroll arrow displays on the screen.
Message Key - To access messages, press and hold the button to access voicemail and text message menus.
