James (Jay) Monroe III -- Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
Jay Monroe is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Globalstar, Inc., one of the world's leading Mobile Satellite Services firms. He has held the Chairman position since the purchase of the assets of Globalstar by Thermo Capital Partners in April 2004, and was previously elected as the Company's CEO in January 2005, a position he held until July, 2009.

Mr. Monroe has been the majority owner of the Thermo Companies since their founding in 1984. Mr. Monroe has overseen operations in a wide variety of businesses at all phases of growth from startup through maturity. Under his direction the Thermo Companies founded or acquired companies in diverse industries including power generation, natural resource development, industrial equipment distribution, real estate, telecommunications and leasing services. Mr. Monroe is on the Board of Directors of Thermo Capital Partners and several of its portfolio companies. Mr. Monroe is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans.


Peter J. Dalton -- Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Dalton manages the long-term strategic growth of Globalstar, Inc. and its subsidiary company SPOT LLC., and oversees the companies’ daily operations. He is responsible for extending the quality and broadening the reach of the company’s portfolio of satellite voice and data solutions.

Mr. Dalton has served as a director of the Company since 2004 and as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Dalton has served as chief executive officer of Dalton Partners, Inc., a turnaround management firm, since January 1989. As chief executive officer of Dalton Partners, Inc., Mr. Dalton also has served as chief executive officer and director of a number of its clients. . Mr. Dalton has formerly served as president of SPACE (Society of Private and Commercial Earth Stations), the satellite television industry trade association. As CEO of KLM Electronics he grew revenue more than twenty five times making it the world’s largest manufacturer of satellite television systems at that time. From November 2001 to September 2004, Mr. Dalton served as chief executive officer of Clickhome Reality, Inc., a discount real estate and mortgage company.

Mr. Dalton also brings considerable retail experience to Globalstar having owned or operated regional and national retail distribution companies which acted as the outsourced merchandising arm of national retailers.

Mr. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and is an executive fellow, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.


Anthony J. Navarra -- President, Global Operations of Globalstar, Inc.
As President of Global Operations, Anthony Navarra has direct responsibility for managing Globalstar Inc.’s strategic relations with the its independent gateway operators (IGOs) around the world. This involves identifying new opportunities for additional gateways on the Globalstar system and developing opportunities for the acquisition of IGOs by Globalstar. Along with his additional staff responsibilities, Mr. Navarra is also chiefly responsible for identifying and developing programs with various Government and DoD entities as well as the direct management of the legal & regulatory affairs functions for Globalstar.

Prior to joining the Globalstar project in 1991, Mr. Navarra was Vice President of both Engineering and Marketing at the Rolm Mil-Spec Computers division of Loral Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the product development of military computers, high-speed mass storage devices and satellite communications processors.

From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Navarra worked for TRW as business area director of Milstar satellite and terminal technologies. Prior to that, Mr. Navarra worked for Magnavox Research Laboratories and Government Electronics Company in developing, fielding and operating CDMA spread spectrum terminals on various DoD platforms.

Mr. Navarra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He gained post-degree work experience in the theory of satellite communications while attending the U.S. Army Signal Corps at Ft. Monmouth, N.J. Mr. Navarra has continued post-graduate work at Stanford University in Business and Management.


Fuad Ahmad -- Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ahmad has held the position of Chief Financial Officer since June 2005. In his capacity as CFO, Mr. Ahmad is responsible for all aspects related to corporate finance, domestic and international tax and accounting operations, financial and business planning and analysis, budgeting, and global treasury operations. More recently, Mr. Ahmad has also been involved with service provider consolidation and integration efforts as well as Globalstar's restructuring activities.

Mr. Ahmad has been with Globalstar and its predecessor since 1996 where he began in the role of Finance Manager. He played an instrumental part in initial fund raising activities related to building and launching the Globalstar system.

Prior to Globalstar, Mr. Ahmad worked at Transworld Telecommunications, Inc. a private equity financed firm engaged in acquiring telecommunications companies in the United States. At Transworld Mr. Ahmad was a key member of the management team where he directed the financial dealings of the company, leading to the eventual sale of the entire portfolio of Transworld companies to Sprint.

Mr. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.


Paul A. Monte – Vice President, Engineering and Product Development
As Vice President, Engineering and Product development. Paul Monte is responsible for the systems engineering of the Globalstar network as well as the company’s development and launch of new products and services.

Paul began working on the Globalstar project in 1990 and was the principal architect of the original Globalstar space and ground segment. Between 1997 and 2005, he served as the company’s Director of Systems Engineering. Prior to joining Globalstar Mr. Monte was Principal Engineer at Space Systems/Loral, responsible for systems analysis and various communications and tactical initiatives. He has also worked at Ford Aerospace as a Senior Research Development Engineer. Mr. Monte holds a Masters Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.


Martin E. Neilsen -- Vice President, New Business Ventures
Mr. Neilsen has been with Globalstar since 1992 and is currently Vice President of New Business Ventures for Globalstar. In this role Mr. Neilsen is responsible for 1) expansion of Globalstar satellite service in currently uncovered areas of the world, 2) supporting Globalstar’s independent service providers around the world in the expansion of their business, and 3) evaluating and making recommendations on all new business opportunities that arise within Globalstar. Mr. Neilsen is also an Officer of Globalstar South Africa as well as Board Member of Globaltouch (West Africa) Limited.

Prior to his current position Mr. Neilsen was General Manager of Globalstar’s European operation headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Neilsen has also held key financial and contract management positions in Globalstar and was program manager for the first-generation space and ground segment development and construction.

Prior to joining Globalstar, Mr. Neilsen spent 9 years with Space Systems Loral where he held various financial positions supporting satellite production contracts. Mr. Neilsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Jose State University along with a Masters degree in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.


Mark Stevenson -- Vice President, Strategic Sales & Alliances
As Vice President, Strategic Sales & Alliances, Mark is responsible for the identification and development of strategic sales and alliance opportunities for Globalstar and SPOT products and services. This includes the pursuit of both sales opportunities as well as new and innovative VAR, OEM and distributor relationships.

Mr. Stevenson was most recently with Trimble Navigation, where he served as the Vice President of Business Development. At Trimble he was responsible for solution sales of position location and other services for the engineering, construction, agriculture, fleet management and field service sectors. Prior to Trimble Mark worked in sales and business development roles in both executive and senior management at Apacheta Corporation, Insignia Solutions, Telular Corporation, and at Motorola where he served as a Senior Director in US Sales Operations.
